Energetische Sanierung und Erweiterung in Ums bei Völs- Risanamento energetico e ampliamento a Umes vicino a Fiè

In Völs am Schlern wurde ein Haus umgebaut und ein anderes neu errichten. Beide Dächer stehen bereits kurz vor ihrer Fertigstellung. Während der Planungsphase wurde sehr genau darauf geachtet, welche Dämmstoffe für welches Gebäude in Frage kommen.

La casa di abitazione è stata ristrutturata completamente ed è stato aggiunto un nuovo edificio di abitazione. I lavori di carpenteria in legno per la posa del tetto nuovo sono quasi ultimati. Durante la fase di progettazione sono stati scelti con molta attenzione i materiali d’isolamento.
